HEALTH COMMITMENT CHARTER - COVID-19

Dear clients,

Because your and our safety is our priority, we have created a charter sanitary commitments enter into force upon our reopening date on  Wednesday, 1 July 2020.

This charter includes all the actions and precautions put in place within the hotel in order to be able to welcome you in the best conditions of respect for the health standards in force.

We invite you to read it and apply the recommendations as soon as you enter the hotel grounds.

Baoussala, with its 5,000 m2 for 7 rooms, guarantees you "non-proximity", our rooms are spaced from each other and the outdoor spaces are large enough to guarantee you compliance with the recommended social distancing .

Our Staff has been trained in new cleaning procedures that meet the safety and hygiene guidelines provided by the Moroccan Government as well as the World Health Organization (WHO) in order to provide you with an adapted and secure service during this period.

We have taken all the necessary precautions to receive you in optimal health security conditions, so that you can enjoy your stay with confidence.

In order to limit the spread of COVID-19; the intelligence and responsibility of all are our best allies.

MUTUAL COMMITMENT

The members of the Baoussala team commit to:

Respect the directives and recommendations of the public authorities in the fight against COVID-19:
- Respect barrier gestures
- Respect social distancing
- Wear a washable mask washed every day at 70 ° and / or a plexi visor for our housekeepers and cooks
- Wash your hands with soap regularly.
- Take his temperatureevery day when arriving at his place of work
- Retreat in case of fever and / or symptoms of COVID-19.

The client undertakes to:

- Wear a mask inside the hotel and outside
In Morocco, wearing a mask is compulsory, we ask you to wear a mask in all common areas of Baoussala. We will provide you with disposable masks every day in your room and at the receptionto Moroccan IMANOR standards .

- Use the Hydro-alcoholic gel made available to you in the common areas of Baoussala (in the patio, the kitchen and in the swimming pool).

- Respect for social distancing
As much as possible avoid physical contact between clients and team members.
At the pool, please respect the safety distances and do not exceed 4 people at the same time in the pool.

- Promptly inform management in case of feverand / or symptoms of COVID 19.
We have an infrared thermometer at the reception, do not hesitate to ask us .

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION PROCESS

The cleaning and disinfection processes have been intensified , in order to guarantee you a safe stay
The Baoussala team has received formal training to learn these new cleaning standards and the handling of appropriate products.

YOUR ROOM :
Each room must be free for at least 6 hours between each client , if we can space the reservations by a day for each room we do.

At each change of client, the entire room, bathroom / WC and bedding are disinfected with moist virucidal products.
The bed linen is folded carefully and first put in a garbage bag before being dropped off at the partner laundromat which guarantees us a regular cleaning at 70 °. We change the sheets and towels every 3 days.
Every day during your stay, the maids will perform a daily cleaning with disinfectant products.

If you do not wish to have your room cleaned during your stay, please let us know at reception.

COMMON AREAS:
All public spaces in Baoussala are cleaned and disinfected by our team every day. The product used is called AEROSEPT , a powerful disinfectant well known in hospitals, it is sprayed on all surfaces (door handles, chairs, cushions, benches, tables, worktops, switches, faucets, toilets, sinks etc ... ).

You will certainly come across our employee for disinfection; he 'walks' in public places with his spray system for our common good. At the same time, we will considerably reduce the use of conventional cleaning products and we are doing good for our planet in this regard.

3 HYDROALCOOLIC GEL DISINFECTION STATIONS
You will find 3 disinfection stations on the property:
- 1 at the entrance to the patio of the house
- 1 in the kitchen (main houses)
- 1 at the pool

These hydro-alcoholic gel dispensing stations are at your entire disposal. We invite you to use them at any time and especially when entering and leaving Baoussala. You will also find disposable masks at your disposal.

HAMMAM and MASSAGES
In this very particular period and in the absence of regulations on the matter , we inform you that the Hammam will not be accessible.

Bouchra our masseuse will be in Baoussala every afternoon from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. (except Wednesday and Saturday). Please reserve your treatments with our team.
 
The cleaning protocol for the massage area has been intensified and we ask you to wear a mask during your massage, Bouchera the masseuse will also wear a mask and will disinfect the area before your treatment. (Please allow 15 to 20 minutes between two appointments).

RESTORATION

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served outside (patio, roof terrace and garden on the cinema side), it can also be served in your room.
Service from 8:30 am and without time limit.

LUNCHES
We serve lunch by the pool from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., you will find large slates with menus and drinks, for security reasons we will not hand you the cards.

DINNERS
Dinner is prepared by reservation only before 1 p.m. It is ready from 7 p.m. and we serve until 9 p.m.
The evening menu is available in the kitchen on the slate.
The service takes place on the patio, the roof terrace and the garden on the cinema side, do not hesitate to let us know the table you would like.

REGULATIONS

We inform you that cash settlements are still welcome, we disinfect all change after settlement and therefore return disinfected change to you.
For payments by card, the TPE is disinfected each time it is used.
We will not give you a paper invoice, but we can send it to you by email.
